Community and Culture

Our journeys are designed with deep respect for the people and traditions of the North. We collaborate with Indigenous Sámi reindeer herders, husky farms, and other local partners so that our guests experience authentic encounters while directly supporting local livelihoods.

Over 95% of our team are locals, whose knowledge and heritage bring depth to every journey. By traveling with us, you help sustain the region’s cultural heritage and contribute to its economy. From storytelling and cultural performances to hands-on experiences, our guests gain a deeper understanding of Sámi traditions and Lappish lifestyle while helping to preserve them.

Research and Collaboration

Education is key to lasting change. Since 2019, we have partnered with the University of Lapland to create programs that highlight the effects of climate change on the Arctic environment, cultures, and wildlife. Together, we develop innovative ways to help travelers appreciate the Arctic’s uniqueness and the importance of protecting it.
