As being Native Sami born in Northern Lapland in a border of Finland and Norway, his expertises are local culture, Northern Lapland and knowledge of local wilderness.

Anne is a highly experienced Finnish professional who oversees our operations and ensures that our clients’ holidays go according to plan. With 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, she has an extensive knowledge of the ins and outs of travel logistics, and is dedicated to delivering seamless and stress-free travel experiences for our travellers.

Marjo is a fearless northern woman unafraid of hard work, she goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. With years of experience in the tourism industry and a passion for travel, she believes there’s truly no place like home in the enchanting Lapland.

Hanna is a barefoot Lappish girl born and raised. Getting engulfed to the wonders of Lapland from a young age was what drove her to the tourism field to help others to experience the magical adventures Finland can offer. The love for working with people and connecting the people to the right experiences is the burning spark behind all the work for her. With her background as a travel consultant, adventure blogger and horse trek guide, Emilie is well-versed in creating bespoke and personalised travel experiences. Her diverse skill set allows her to design exceptional journeys that delight and inspire. Having lived in New Zealand, Denmark, and France, Emilie has now set foot in Finnish Lapland and feels fortunate to call this beautiful region home.

With over a decade of Arctic expertise, Jesse, a seasoned wilderness and free-ride guide, now excels as a concierge, crafting unforgettable Arctic journeys. Maura combines her background as a wilderness guide with a dedication to training and safety. In all our Lapland locations, she coordinates and supervises guides and occasionally leads adventures herself. Maura’s expertise and passion ensure every guest’s journey through Lapland is safe, seamless, and unforgettable.

Antton, a native of Rovaniemi, brings a wealth of experience in nature and wilderness to our team. With a long background at our company, he serves as our main guide at Octola. Adept at connecting with people and imparting his deep-rooted expertise, his profound appreciation for the natural world benefits our guests.

Esa, rooted in Lakeland, revels in summer boating and fishing. Luxury Action is honoured to have him lead our talented team of chefs, curating exquisite culinary experiences. His journey through diverse kitchens forged his love for pure Lappish flavours. ‘The more you learn, the more you realise how little you know,’ echoes his culinary wisdom, enriching every dish with fresh lappish ingredients.

Hanna, our dedicated accountant and HR professional, hails from the picturesque northern regions, where she cultivated a deep love for nature and animals. Jukka’s primary responsibility lies in ensuring the safety and security of all machinery and tracks, guaranteeing our guests enjoy a secure environment during their activities. His expertise is integral to our commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
