The elegant and immaculate features of the interior design throughout the villa gives a true luxury feeling of a country estate from the early twentieth century. The original emerald fireplace in one of the two living rooms is an example of just that refined feeling of the villa. 

The villa has three floors and a large outdoor area that holds an outdoor dining table seating 12 people, a seperate paved patio, and sunbeds on the side of the house.

– Loft bedroom with king sized bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom
– Third bedroom with king sized bed
– Fourth bedroom with a single bed
Besides the two ensuite bathrooms a third family bathroom is available equipped with a large luxurious bathtub. All three bathrooms come with lovely floor heating.

The villa also comes with a utility room and is of course equipped with wifi, TV’s, Netflix and a barista coffee maker in the kitchen.

The villa is situated in Stocksund, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes drive from Stockholm city center. It’s surrounded by water and nature; small swimming lakes, golf courses, jogging tracks and woods. The Mall of Scandinavia is only a 7 minute drive and provides plenty of shopping opportunities. 

Ulriksdal Palace (Ulriksdal Slott) is just 15 minutes driving from the villa and is worth a visit as well. It orginates from 1645 and was originally built as a country retreat.
