The View is situated by the village of Bøur. Bøur is an old Faroese village with 65 inhabitants. The village is characterized by the close built houses with the charming grass roof, the mountains behind and the unique view in front – which also gives these cottages their name.

The cottages are built with inspiration from the old traditional Faroese houses. Stone foundation, white window bars and of course grass on the roof.

The ground floor of the cottage is 36m2 and contains a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffeemaker, washing machine and dryer, living room and bathroom with hairdryer. On second floor there are two rooms with two beds in each.

At a distance of only 4km lies the small village Gásadalur with only 12 inhabitants and the beautiful waterfall Múlafossur. Distance to the airport is 6km and distance to stores and tank station in Sørvágur is 5km.

At the view you will get a peaceful vacation in a traditional Faroese cottage with one of the most breath taking views in the Faroe Islands.
