The layout of the house

The villa is of the highest standard throughout all the buildings and gardens. From state-of-the-art kitchen appliances to newly renovated bathrooms to the on property golf cart. It´s a perfect combination of luxury, comfort and archipelago beauty.

The villa also comes with a TV snug, wifi, several terraces, and a lovely traditional sauna with views over the ocean, and a lovely large grass lawn. The boat on the photo is not standardly included in the rent however we can assist with arrangin boat rental during your stay, simply let us know!

Location

Villa Seaside is located on the island of Skarpö close to Vaxholm, which is the ultimate island to experience the Swedish archipelago. The island is characterized by large historical summer houses, picturesque small roads and an active boat life. Skarpö is classified as of national historical significance due to the untouched villas from the past turn of the century in arts and crafts style architecture. Reachable by boat or with the car ferry, a secluded holiday will be guaranteed.

Known for its herring fish, defense of Stockholm for over 400 years and its historic fortress, Vaxholm is a special place to enjoy local sights and Swedish culture. A picturesque island with many traditional Swedish summer houses to be seen.
