Villa Swan

Beautiful Villa Swan is located in a fairytale landscape, only 30 minutes drive from Rovaniemi center. This high quality villa has a master bedroom downstairs and a spacious loft upstairs. Downstairs, you will also find a spacious dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a wonderful large dining table and a comfortable sofa. There are two fireplaces, one in the master bedroom and the other one in the lobby. You can admire beautiful Lappish nature and a lake view from the large windows of the villa. From the terrace, observe the starry sky and look for the Northern lights.

The sauna has an always ready stove and a direct access to the terrace. There is also a separate wooden heated sauna cottage by the lake with outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace. Another separate cabin features a bedroom, with a small kitchen and a toilet. The barbecue area by the lake allows you to sit on reindeer hides and enjoy the campfire.
