A unique perfectly restored residence from 1908 located 10 minutes drive north of Copenhagen. Many features on the exterior of the villa and of the walls and ceilings inside have been preserved from when it was originally built, through which the history of the house can be seen and felt.

The location of the villa is excellent, in the exclusive neighbourhood of Charlottenlund, which is just a 10 minute drive north of Copenhagen. The capital city is therefore easily accessible. Charlottenlund has a shoreline and beach as well to enjoy.

The interior design of the villa shows the level of Danish luxury this house radiates. The designer furniture, the chevron patterned wooden floor which continues all the way to the kitchen island, and the colour palette and details on the walls truly makes this a gem in an unbeatable location.

The layout of the house

Villa Pure has five bedrooms, one large bathroom, and an extra separate toilet. Of the five bedrooms, three have a double king sized bed, and two come with a queen size bed. The family bathroom is equipped with a large shower, and a separate classical freestanding bathtub. The family bathroom and certain other parts of the villa show a fantastic and refreshing modern contrast through the polished concrete floor.

Behind the villa a beautiful secluded garden leads to the orangery, where a family dinner gets an extra feeling of coziness or ”hygge” as they say in Danish. Lastly, thanks to the generous ceiling heights and the large windows, this gorgeous historical villa is showered in daylight at all times.

As mentioned Villa Pure is located only 10minutes driving from central Copenhagen. Copenhagen is the food valhalla of Europe currently and there is an abundance of michelin-star restaurants to be discovered in this city.

Don’t forget to pass by the Little Mermaid and Nyhavn, the colorful harbour. And perhaps spend one of the days in the historic themepark Tivoli located right in the centre of Copenhagen. Lastly, the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art is a must visit and is only a 30 minute drive from the villa as well.
