Villa Precious
The villa is designed by SPOL architects and has been booked for many commercials and events. The architects design was focussed on creating the feeling of living among the treetops. A villa from which it is possible to watch the grassing deers walk past on the hill side while enjoying a cup of coffee.
The glazed walls on both the ground and top floor really pull the outside nature and forest in. As if living directly in the nature, yet in the comfortableness of this luxurious villa.
The villa is adjacent a scenic lake and situated amidst a forest of beechtrees. It consists of three separate levels connected through the massive eye-catching staircase. The villa offers panoramic views of the lake and forest and includes a grand roof terrace. The top floor cantilevers over freely, completely liberating the space below.
Villa Precious will truly make anyone appreciate the beauty of great architectural design, and is the perfect example of the saying ”you only have one chance at a great first impression”.
The layout of the house
The interior of the villa is a combination of exquisite Italian design with a minimalistic Scandinavian touch.
All bathrooms are clad in elegant grey Italian marble. The floors throughout the property are made of large panels of Dinesen Heart Oak wood. The majestic black main staircase is complemented by a chandelier lamp fixture from Bocci Italy. All five bedrooms have double beds, and the master bedroom plus the bedroom on the basement level come with an ensuite bathroom.
The living room is part of an open plan kitchen and living area on the top floor boasting extensive views. This area can also be transformed into a yoga studio or used for larger dinner parties. The villa is equipped with Bang & Olufsen installations throughout.
Location
The villa has an excellent location at the Furesø lake near the town Holte. Holte is located only 18km north of Copenhagen, which means it is just a 25 minute drive into the capital city of Denmark.
The Louisiana Museum of Modern Art is a must visit and is only a 20 minute drive from the villa as well. Helsingør is a short 25 minute drive, where the Kronborg Castle can be visited which is said to have inspired Shakespeare to write Hamlet.
