The location of this home is on the island Svartsö in the Stockholm archipelago. The location provides the serenity and privacy of an island, while being in close proximity of the capital city Stockholm. The property exists out of the main house and the separate guest house.

The layout of the house

The bottom floor of the main house is a large open plan living space and kitchen. The eye catcher in the living room is the beautiful large dual fireplace. The dining table seats 6-8 people. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a well functioning oven, induction stove, and Mocca Master coffee machine.

Up on the first floor three double bedrooms are located plus an additional baby room. The two bathrooms are located on this floor as well. Both bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower. The yard holds a guest house which is where the remaining two bedrooms are located, each with a double bed.

Going into the yard, the property extends onto its private dock and private water access. Part of the yard is the natural-looking outdoor hottub, laid in a mixture of concrete and rocks.

Location

The only immediate neighbours are the fascinating fauna that can be discovered all around. There’s easy access from the mainland, with boats running all year long. The best access point is on the north side of the island.

An enjoyable boat ride away gives the opportunity for a day trip in the beautiful city of Stockholm. Or perhaps take the time to ride amongst the 30.000 islands of the archipelago and enjoy a day on the water, for example pass by the island Möja. Möja is one of the most popular islands in the archipelago for travellers and boaters, and is also significant in size.
