This spacious family estate originates from 1906 and has been taken care of with much love over the years. There are some gorgeous features from the past such as the classical fireplaces, of which almost all are still in use, and the original wood- burning stove in the kitchen. The villa comes with a large garden down to the water, where you will find your private beach and jetty, and unbeatable views over the archipelago. The guest house is located closer to the water, and on the jetty is where you will find the sauna, a perfect spot to be able to hop into the water to cool down after some sauna time.

Vaxholm is one of the most popular islands in the Swedish archipelago. Spending an evening at the jetty enjoying the boats driving by and simply enjoying the moment. Villa Delight will be a great option for 2-3 families or a group of friends!

The property is divided over the main house and the guest house, on a large piece of land directly at sea. Five of the seven bedrooms are located in the main house, as well as two of the three bathrooms. The guest house holds the remaining two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room area and small kitchen.
