Luxury Action Oy on Rovaniemellä päätoimi paikkaansa pitävä luksusmatkailun pioneeri, joka järjestää räätälöityjä luksusmatkoja ympäri pohjoismaita läpi vuoden. Luxury Action omistaa myös korkeatasoisen Octola Private Wilderness -kohteen, jossa yhdistyy puhdas luonto, paikallisuus ja laadukkaat majoitus-, ruoka- ja ohjelmapalvelut.
Haemme talvikaudelle 2023–2024 vahvuuteemme oppaita Rovaniemelle, Leville ja tarvittaessa muualle Lappiin. Oletko oma-aloitteinen, ulospäinsuuntautunut, joustava ja pystyt toimimaan hyvin paineen alla ja olet palvelualtis? Oppaan työ Luxury Actionilla on erittäin monipuolinen. Työtehtäviisi kuuluu mm. toimia vieraiden isäntänä, autonkuljettajana ja moottorikelkka oppaana. Sen lisäksi tarjolla on muitakin työtehtäviä riippuen kokemuksestasi ja osaamistasostasi.
Emme vaadi aikaisempaa kokemusta opetustyöstä, mutta reipas ja joustava asenne ovat kultaakin arvokkaampaa!
Edellytämme oppailtamme:
- Oma-aloitteisuutta
- yhteistyökykyä muiden oppaiden ja työnjohdon kanssa
- Asiakaslähtöistä asennetta
- Kielitaitovaatimus sujuva suullinen englannin kielen taito
- Vähintään B-ajokortti
- Aikaisempi työkokemus matkailualalta katsotaan eduksi
- Lapin ja erityisesti Rovaniemen paikallistuntemus katsotaan eduksi

Luxury Action Oy is a pioneer in the luxury tourism industry, with its headquarters in Rovaniemi. We specialise in organising tailor-made private trips across the Nordic countries throughout the year. Moreover, we own the exquisite Octola Private Wilderness destination, which combines the best of pure nature, local experiences, and top-notch accommodation, food, and program services. For the upcoming winter season of 2023-2024, we are seeking enthusiastic guides to join our team in Lapland, primarily in Rovaniemi and Levi areas. If you are self-motivated, outgoing, flexible, and customer-oriented, then we want you!
The role of a guide at Luxury Action is highly varied, encompassing responsibilities such as being a host/hostess, a driver, and a snowmobile guide. Depending on your experience and skills, there may be other tasks available as well.
While previous work experience as a guide is not a mandatory requirement, an upbeat and flexible attitude is more valuable than anything else!
The following are the requirements for guide positions:
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work well in a team
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Professional fluency in spoken English
- B driving licence at a minimum
- Previous experience in the tourism industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Lapland, particularly Rovaniemi and Levi, will be anadded advantage.
